Municipal Assessor

1. Tax Mapping Operations Unit (Glenn Angelo A. Tapan)
a. Tax Mapper
Prepares, updates, and maintains tax maps.
Identifies and plots property boundaries.
Coordinates with assessors during field verification.
b. Draftsman / Cartographer
Draws and updates cadastral and tax maps.
Assists in visual representation of real properties.
Uses technical drawing tools and software.
c. GIS Operator
Utilizes Geographic Information Systems to map and analyze land data.
Integrates GIS data with property records.
Produces digital mapping outputs for planning and assessment.
2. Appraisal and Assessment Unit (Iven Paul Rolloque)
a. Property Appraiser
Conducts physical inspections and appraisals of real properties.
Determines fair market value based on prevailing market conditions.
Prepares appraisal reports and documentation.
b. Local Assessment Operations Officer
Reviews appraisal data and ensures compliance with assessment laws.
Updates the tax declaration and assessment roll.
Coordinates with barangay officials and property owners.
c. Assessment Clerk
Encodes property data into assessment systems.
Assists in the issuance of tax declarations and certifications.
Maintains property assessment records.
3. Real Property Valuation Unit
a. Property Appraiser
Conducts physical inspections and appraisals of real properties.

b. Statistician
Collects and analyzes data on property values, market trends, and economic indicators.
Assists in zoning and property classification decisions.
Prepares statistical reports for planning and decision-making.

Assists with data entry, file management, and document control related to property valuation.
4. Administrative and Records Management Unit (Nerissa A. Dionco)
a. Administrative Officer
Manages office supplies, budget, and personnel matters.
Prepares office communications, reports, and schedules.

b. Computer Operator / Data Controller
Operates computer systems for assessment data processing.
Maintains and updates assessment databases.
Backs up digital records and ensures data security.
c. Bookbinder / Administrative Aide
Binds tax declarations, assessment rolls, and property files.
